-Refurbished prep table converted to dry hot wells.

-Upgraded compressors and refrigerant(R404A - low temp) with all new components.

-Replace/Update all wiring and controls.

-New wider shelving over cold prep area for Food warmer and supplies.

-Re-finished stainless surfaces where applicable.

-Performance tested before delivery.
